Saved Prioritized Reports
"Saved Prioritized Reports" is a live view, not a point-in-time snapshot - despite the name, it does not freeze scoring data at a moment in time.
What It Actually Shows
The Saved Reports screen groups issues by project based on whatever metric values are currently filled in for that project. It does not store the scoring template used, the filters or sort order that were active, or a frozen copy of past metric values.
| What you see | What it is not |
|---|---|
| Current metric values for any issue with at least one filled-in metric | A frozen snapshot from when you clicked "save" |
| Any issue scored since you last looked, automatically included | A fixed list of issues chosen at save time |
| Live, re-computed on every visit | Point-in-time scoring template, filter, or sort metadata |
Practical Implications
- Don't rely on this screen for a historical "what did we decide back then" record - it will show today's data, not the data as of a past planning session
- If you need a true point-in-time record for an audit trail or retrospective, export the Backlog Table to CSV at the moment you want to preserve, and store that file yourself
- Because it's live, it's a reasonable place to check "which issues in this project currently have scores at all," grouped by project
Tips
- Export to CSV immediately after a scoring session if you need an actual historical record - don't rely on this screen for that
- Use it as a quick live check of scoring coverage per project, not as an archive
