Cycle Time Trend
The Cycle Time Trend gadget answers one question: is our delivery getting faster or slower? It draws one bar per time interval showing the average cycle time for the items completed in that interval, with an optional trendline and an overall-average summary line.
Where the Control Chart shows every individual item and the Histogram shows the distribution, Cycle Time Trend shows the direction of travel over weeks, months, or sprints.
