Pulse AI Agents Overview
Navigate to the Pulse Ai Agents section in the sidebar, directly below Dashboard. Each agent is a specialised AI assistant scoped to one delivery area - install its Atlassian Marketplace app to make it available, then use Settings to turn it on or off.
What Are Pulse AI Agents
Unlike the Pulse AI Assistant FAB (scoped per section, read-only Q&A), each Pulse Agent has its own dedicated page with a chat panel tailored to a specific domain, plus - where noted - recommended-fix actions.
The Two Pulse Agents

Note: The Pulse Ai Agents sidebar section is hidden entirely if no agent app is installed for the site. Only agents whose Marketplace app is installed appear - even to admins.
Turning Agents On and Off
Go to Settings → Agents to enable or disable any installed agent:
- Turning an agent off hides it from the sidebar and blocks direct access to its page.
- Turning it back on restores access immediately - no scan or reload required.
- Only site, org, or Jira administrators can change these toggles. Other users see the toggle greyed out.
