What is the Project Manager Agent?
The Project Manager Agent is one of the Pulse AI agents available for Jira Cloud. Pulse AI flags project health risks that a single sprint view won't surface - stale work, ownership gaps, and other patterns that quietly slow delivery. The agent picks up those findings, explains them, and fixes them - with a preview and your confirmation before anything changes.

This agent doesn't run as its own workspace. It's a small Jira app that registers itself with Pulse AI and then does its work inside Pulse AI. The status screen you land on after opening the agent only tells you whether it's active - see Status Screen →.

Scope and Limitations
The agent looks at project-level health, not sprint-level risk - for day-to-day sprint tracking (scope creep, carryover, blocked board items), use the Sprint & Delivery Agent → instead. Both agents can be installed together.
The agent requests no Jira API permissions of its own. It needs Pulse AI installed and licensed on the same site to do anything.
