What is the Sprint & Delivery Agent?
The Sprint & Delivery Agent is one of the Pulse AI agents available for Jira Cloud. Pulse AI flags delivery risk across your active sprints and Scrum boards - unassigned work, bottlenecks, carryover, scope creep, and board-level health trends. The agent picks up those findings, explains them, and fixes them - with a preview and your confirmation before anything changes.
Pulse AI finds the problems. The agent fixes them.
This agent doesn't run as its own workspace. It's a small Jira app that registers itself with Pulse AI and then does its work inside Pulse AI. The status screen you land on after opening the agent only tells you whether it's active - see Status Screen →.

Scope and Limitations
The agent works on sprint- and board-level delivery risk, not overall project health - for stale work, ownership gaps, and project-wide patterns, use the Project Manager Agent → instead. Both agents can be installed together.
The agent requests no Jira API permissions of its own. It needs Pulse AI installed and licensed on the same site to do anything.
