Common Issues & Resolutions
| Issue | Resolution |
|---|---|
| Status screen shows Setup required | Install Pulse AI on the same site from the Marketplace, then refresh the agent page. |
| Status screen shows Error | Select Try again. If it persists, confirm the app is still installed on the site. |
| Agent is missing from the Pulse AI sidebar | An admin may have turned it off in Settings → Agents. |
| Agent has no findings or gives generic answers | Complete Connect with OAuth 2.0 (3LO) and Run Full Sync in Pulse AI. |
| A board finding looks out of date | Board findings are reported as of the last sync. Run a new sync in Pulse AI to refresh them. |
| A fix didn't run | Every fix re-checks the condition right before running. If the condition no longer holds, there's nothing to fix. |
| The agent won't fix scope creep | By design. Scope Creep is advisory only - the agent explains it but won't move or reverse added work. |
| Can't delete a sprint | By design. Sprint deletion isn't available anywhere in the agent. |
| Jira actions fail with a permissions error | In Pulse AI, go to Settings → General Settings → Log Out & Reconnect. |
